The first step:Resume evaluation
The contestants submit their resumes within the prescribed time, and the judges complete the evaluation of the resumes within three days. Multiple judges will use the scoring system with reference to the resume scoring standard and take the average score。
The second part:Mock interview session
The interviewer interviews the contestants, including self-introduction, assessment of professional knowledge, on-site answer questions and other links。
The third part:No leadership group discussion
Before the competition, the host will announce the list of players and the competition rules, then introduce the test steps and inspection requirements, and then announce the discussion。The specific process is as follows:
